Formed in 1949, the Los Angeles Customs Brokers & Freight Forwarders Association promotes the Southern California customs brokerage and freight forwarding industry as a whole. The organization takes an active leadership role in organizing and participating in seminars and conferences which a relevant to its members, often jointly sponsoring sessions with other common interest organizations and government agencies. The LACBFFA holds monthly luncheons or dinners with guest speakers addressing a full range of issues of concern to members and allows members to interact with each other in furtherance of their business objectives.
