Changes in the Compliance Exam Process
LACBFFA wrote a letter to Customs & Border Protection clarifying the process for Compliance Exams in the port of Los Angeles/Long Beach. These procedures have changed and are in effect. The changes will allow brokers to start moving cargo to Price Transfer while the entry is in transit to Price.
