Thursday, September 10, 2020
Program: 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
In order to stay competitive in the complex landscape of supply chain today, service providers need more visibility, less variability, and more velocity.
In this webinar we'll talk about what real-time shipment and container visibility looks like, why it's important, and how you can use it to reduce costs, improve performance, and deliver superior customer service.
We'll also go through some examples that cover:
- How to eliminate demurrage and per-diem charges when problem containers are automatically identified.
- How to get ahead in your day by eliminating manual track and trace.
- How to avoid surprises by monitoring ETA changes and more.
We'll show you Terminal49, an ocean freight real-time visibility platform and exception-management dashboard. Importers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers use Terminal49 to monitor containers across all ocean carriers and US terminals, eliminating the need to manually track and trace containers on individual websites.

During the webinar, you will have the opportunity to send in questions to the speaker on the topics under discussion and they will be answered upon completion of the webinar. Instructions necessary to participate, as well as the call-in number for the webinar, will be included in your registration confirmation. You will need to complete the instructions prior to joining the webinar.
