Insurance and Cargo Liability Challenges in a Post-Covid Era

Approved for 1 CCS/CES credit

For decades, shippers have relied on their transportation intermediaries and customs brokers to arrange insurance on their international and domestic shipments. Except for the letter of credit and similar instruments, there are few safeguards in the international transaction as financially significant as all risk insurance. Without it, buyers are at risk of not getting product as ordered and sellers are at risk of not being paid.

Join the LACBFFA on January 16 to hear from the experts on what cargo insurance looks like in a post-covid trade world.

Join us to better understand the basics of cargo insurance, current claim trends and issues, and best practices to better equip you and your staff to help your clients mitigate their exposure to physical loss or damage to their cargo.
