The deadline to complete the form and submit payment is December 31, 2023. If we do not receive this form and your payment by December 31, 2023, your box will be re-keyed and reassigned.

1.) Boxes are available for lease for a one-time fee of:
LAX: $240.00
Long Beach: $25.00
2.) Annual administration and maintenance fee of $25.00 is due and payable on August 31 each year, together with updated information on box holder (leasee), contact person, address, phone, fax, and email. This information is given to CBP.
3.) Broken doors and/or locks must be reported to the LACBFFA office who will arrange for repair. General box repairs will be borne by LACBFFA, however, re-keying of boxes will be borne by box holder (leasee).
4.) If box holder no longer needs the document box they must call the LACBFFA office at (714) 316-5270 so box can be reassigned. Keys must be returned to LACBFFA, PO Box 10, Manhattan Beach, CA 90267.
5.) Document boxes may not be transferred. If a name change occurs (i.e. firm is bought by another firm), you must advise LACBFFA immediately so that the name change can be made on the box (both outside and inside). LACBFFA will so advise CBP.
