Veronica Lopez is an experienced industry professional with nearly three decades of experience, having worked in the field since 1997. From 1997 to 2011, she served at Price Transfer and FCL, where she developed a strong foundation in operations, organizational leadership, and long-term industry partnerships. Since 2011, Veronica has been with Cal Cartage, contributing deep institutional knowledge and a consistent focus on operational excellence and strategic execution.
Throughout her career, Veronica has built and maintained strong, trusted relationships across the industry, including long standing professional relationships with Price Transfer and FCL. Veronica is recognized for a thoughtful, steady leadership style, sound judgment, and a people-centered approach that supports effective governance and sustainable growth.
Outside of her professional commitments, Veronica values balance and long-term perspective and enjoys hiking. Veronica has been married for 36 years and is a parent and grandparent; experiences that reinforce her appreciation for stewardship, continuity, and responsible decision-making at the board level.
David Harlow, ITC-Diligence, Inc
David Harlow is the President of ITC-Diligence, Inc. ITC was founded in 2002 as a Licensed Customs Broker and International Trade Consultant with expertise in Foreign Trade Zones, Bonded Warehouses, and other Federal Programs. Currently ITC represents
Riverside County, The Port of Jacksonville, and Las Vegas as well as many other businesses across the Nation.
David, a California native, received his U.S. Customs Brokerage License in 2004. He has spent the last 25 years specializing in the textile industry, footwear industry, and Foreign Trade Zone industry. He began his career with Fritz Companies and Norman Krieger. David spends his free time actively participating in the LACBFFA, NCBFAA, NAFTZ, ICPA, FTA, IERCC, and DEC. David guest lectures at UNLV, UCR, Cal Poly, and several other community colleges. Most importantly he spends time with his wife, Dawn, and three children Andrew, Adam, and Emma.
