Amanda Barlow is the Vice President of ATA Carnet for Roanoke Insurance Group Inc. Ms. Barlow is responsible for the management of the ATA Carnet customer service operations, which consists of six customer service representative across the United States and the ATA Carnet application and issuing software. In addition, she is responsible for the growth, development marketing, and sales of the ATA Carnet product and all its related services nationwide. This includes managing and developing the ATA Carnet surety bond to meet the ever changing economic demands. In addition to the tailored coverages that Roanoke Trade offers to protect the specific and unique risks that ATA Carnet shipments are exposed to. Primarily the Lost Document Coverage and ATA Carnet Cargo Insurance programs. She is a licensed insurance broker in the state of California and holds a non-resident insurance brokers license in the state Illinois.
Ms. Barlow regularly presents on behalf of Roanoke for a wide variety of associations, department of commerce, and trade groups’ educational events, seminars and webinars. In addition, Ms. Barlow is tasked with training U.S. Customs and Border Protection on the accurate use and smooth processing of both U.S. and Foreign ATA Carnets.
Roanoke Trade is an appointed service provider for the U.S. Council for International Business (USCIB). USCIB is the US appointed ATA Carnet national guarantee organization by US Customs and Border Protection and the US Treasury.
