Since 1999, Mr. Nakachi has advocated represented clients international trade. Compliance issues have included the gamut of trade law, including tariff classification, valuation, admissibility, origin, marking/labeling, intellectual property rights, etc.
Mr. Nakachi typically represents companies facing serious disputes with the government, including rate advances, audits, protests, federal investigations, penalties, detentions, seizures, or other issues of liability in international trade & customs.
